Set menus

Our first floor can accommodate up to 50 guests in a private company and is decorated with its own bar so there is room for exploits and excesses. Our banquet menu is meant as inspiration for possible 2, 3, 4 or 5 course meals, but we can almost everything and has very few limitations. Send us a request on ravage@sovino.dk, att Louise Christensen, with so many details and wishes as possible.

An identical menu must be ordered when 10 guests or more.
The prices below are valid only by an identical order.

Starters

Smoked Faroe Island salmon – burnt onion – cucumber – smoked cream cheese – rye crumble
White & green asparagus – Comté cheese – lemon – olive oil – salted almonds
Fried frog’s legs – ramson – herbs – tomato

Fish of the Day – spring onion – fennel – browned butter – white wine – potatoes
Pork chop on the bone – spinach – baked date tomatoes – garlic – ramson – sauce verte
Grilled Danish lamb chop – rosemary crust – grilled onion – carottes – herb butter
Rib-eye – chunky chips – béarnaise sauce + €10
Flambéed pepper steak – beef tenderloin – chunky chips – beans – mustard vinaigrette – pepper sauce + €10
